ORDERING INFORMATION PAYMENT/CREDIT POLICY PRODUCTION TIME SHIPPING Production scheduling begins ONLY after receipt of FINAL approval of your artwork and credit terms. • New in-stock short run orders are imprinted in 7 working days after final artwork approval. • Exact repeat in-stock short run orders are imprinted in 5 working days. • Color Magic orders and reorders are available in 7 working days after final artwork approval. • Unimprinted orders will try to ship within 24-48 hours. For orders not required to meet specific dates, ship dates are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates. Due to potential seasonal rush, production schedules may vary. Merchandise manufactured must be accepted. For new accounts, a new customer application must accompany your order. All new customers are pre-paid. Orders will not ship without credit approval or pre-payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Deposit may also be required on large quantity import products, whether or not dates are maintained. All orders must be received in writing via email or fax. Phone orders cannot be accepted. For accurate service, please include the following on your purchase order: • Item number, style, color, quantity and pricing • Requested in-hands date (if applicable) • Imprint color, size and position • Ship to address and method Artwork sent must reference your purchase order number. Please include a hard copy of the art specifying how and where your design should appear on the bag. Unless otherwise noted the imprint will be centered within the printable area of the bag. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. A 20% restocking fee applies as well as all original freight and return freight charges. Claims must be settled within 30 days of invoice date. Once shipments are picked up, the carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery of the order. If shipment arrives damaged or delayed, all claims must be filed with carrier. F.O.B. POINTS: Brea, CA (Southern California) & Greensboro, NC METHOD OF SHIPPING: UPS Ground or Common Carrier. For better service, please specify in-hands date deadline and requested shipping method on purchase order. As it is common for Pacific Western Sales to ship early, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping method to meet your deadline. SHIPPING WEIGHT: Weights listed in our catalog are approximate weight per box. Pacific Western Sales cannot be responsible for differences in actual freight versus quoted freight charges. SPECIAL FREIGHT FEES: Inside delivery, residential, redelivery, COD, international, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico incur additional shipping fees. Pacific Western Sales reserves the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued. Freight and duty must be charged on your freight account. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Every order is acknowledged in writing. Please review this acknowledgement carefully and contact us immediately with discrepancies. If acknowledgement is not received within two days, please call to verify. Any changes made after order acknowledgement must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges and/or production time. CHANGES CANCELLATIONS All changes must be in writing via e-mail or fax. Any changes in shipping must be made 5 days prior to ship date. ADDITIONAL CHARGES HALF CASE CHARGE: $35.00 (g). Only available on non-woven/woven polypropylene and RPET bags. LESS THAN MINIMUMS: Only available on non-woven/woven polypropylene and RPET bags. Absolute minimum is 50% of first column quantity. $35.00 (g) less than minimum charge, plus $50.00 (a) plate charge for 1 color 1 side imprint applies. SHORT RUN POST PRINT CHANGE CHARGES: • Foil Change Charge: $20.00 (g) INK AND FOIL PLATE CHARGES: A one time plate charge per color per side is required on all new orders or on repeats with art changes for ink imprinted or foil imprinted products. Plate charges per color per side are: • Flexographic Ink Plate: $80.00 (a) • Foil Hot Stamp Plate: $120.00 (a) There is no plate charge on exact reorders for ink imprinted or foil imprinted products within the past 2 years. Plates are stored for a period of 2 years. SCREEN CHARGES: For screen printed products 1 color 1 side is FREE.
Additional colors and/or locations screen charges are: • Screen: $50.00 (a) per color, per side. PROOF CHARGES (SHORT RUN): Digital Proofs/Viewing files: First digital proof/viewing file and 1 revision is free. Each additional viewing file requested will incur a $30.00(a) charge. Pre-Production Proofs: • Hot Stamping: $90.00(a) + applicable plate and art charges. • Ink Printing: $70.00(a) + applicable plate and art charges. • Screen: $90.00(a) + applicable art charges. Plate is free. VIRTUAL SAMPLE CHARGES: All virtual requests are subject to review when determining applicable charges. Typically, simple DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $20.00 (a) per destination on shipments going to more than one location. Drop shipments may not be available on all items. Maximum 10 locations. For 10+ locations, please call for quote. SPECIAL PACKAGING: $15.00 (a) per box, not available on all items. UPS SHIPMENTS: $5.00 (g) handling charge per carton if UPS is requested on large quantity shipment, where otherwise factory would ship via common carrier on pallets. Cancellations must be e-mailed or faxed. All cancellations requested after order acknowledgement will incur minimum $40.00 (a), plus charges for the work completed at the time of cancellation, including artwork, set-up, plates, material and labor costs. Artwork review time incurred on custom products will incur a graphic charge.
