Q. What format do you accept?
A. MAC or PC in EPS or TIFF files. Acceptable programs include: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop or Quark Express.
Q. What is the maximum artwork size on bags?
A. No limit on custom bag. For stock bags, allow approximately 2-3 inches all the way around (depend on size and style). Please contact us for more accurate limitations.
Early Order Discount for Calendars
Q. When is the deadline for calendar early order discount?
A. Orders must be received by May 31 to qualify. Incomplete orders will be put on hold until June 30; thereafter, normal pricing applies.

Q. What is your minimum for custom orders?
A. Since custom products entails different spec, minimum quantities may vary. However, the following provides a general guideline.

Plate and Setup Charge
Q. How much do you charge for plates or setup? And how is it calculated?
A. There is a setup charge on calendars orders and a plate/die charge on bag orders. Different styles have different setup charges. Please see each calendar description for detail. For bags, plate/die charge varies by artwork size. Please go to General Information for specification on calculating plate/die charges. Process color artwork may require additional charge.
Production Time
Q. What is your production time?
A. 2-3 weeks for stock items; 4-6 weeks for custom products. Depending on the order, we may be able rush the order if necessary.
Q. Is rush service available?
A. Yes, please contact your distributor for more detail.
Q. Can you ship out plain stock items same day?
A. Yes, we can ship out same day if order is received by 12:00pm PST.
Shipping
Q. What is your usual method of shipping?
A. UPS Ground or trucking, which ever is more economical.
Q. Can I use my own carrier?
A. Yes, we welcome customers to schedule their own shipping. |
